Information for New Councillors

Welcome to the new members of the Parish Council.  Before you can take up your new role, you will need to complete a few legalities.  Please see Information for New Councillors for full details.

The agenda and papers for the Annual Parish Council meeting will be sent out on 9 May 2019.  They are also emailed out to the members.  If you do not wish to receive the paper documents, please let the Clerk know.

It would be very helpful if you could complete the Contact Sheet and submit it to the Clerk as soon as possible.  The Clerk only receives the postal addresses of members from Electoral Services.  However, if you decided not to have your address published on the ballot paper, they cannot pass it on unless if you have given them permission to do so.
