The closing date for submitting bids to the Village Improvement Funding has now passed.  All proposals will be considered by the Grants & Community Projects Committee, with the final decisions being taken by the Council at the meeting on 4 March.  If successful bids have been submitted in conjunction with community groups, they will receive the funding some time after the meeting.  The successful projects proposed by Parish Councillors will be carried out by the Council. 

It has been agreed to continue this scheme next year.  If you would like to suggest a project for your village, please speak to one of your local Parish Councillors.
