Draft minutes are archived here for download in PDF format as soon as possible after the meeting.  They are arranged in Council years, which run from May to April.  However, they are subject to confirmation of accuracy at the following Council meeting.  The confirmed set will replace the draft minutes when they have been agreed.  Most Committees do not have delegated authority to take decisions, so they make recommendations to Council.  The Council decides on whether or not to adopt those recommendations when the minutes are presented to the Council.  The date the minutes come before the Council is indicated at the top of each set.
